D3IN comprises three construction companies: DZM, BSH, and Arshinia, which are licensed by the Ministry of Road & Urban Development of Iran. These companies operate in various fields, including architectural design, supervision, and implementation of structural, electrical, and mechanical works in the building industry, covering a wide range of applications.
The director, investor, and founder of all three companies, Mr. Jamal Mehrzad, is a distinguished professional with multiple academic degrees in both Architecture and Civil Engineering. With more than two decades of experience, he has played a decisive role in shaping the strategic, technical, and creative direction of the D3IN group.
Mr. Mehrzad’s expertise spans every stage of the construction process—from early concept development and architectural design to structural analysis, supervision, and full project execution. As the principal designer of the group, he leads the creation of innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His ability to integrate aesthetics, functionality, and engineering precision sets his work apart.
In addition to his engineering and managerial roles, Mr. Mehrzad is deeply involved in interior design, contributing creative ideas that result in spaces combining efficiency, user experience, and cultural value.
